My pet has special needs, can you still groom them?
I will absolutely attempt to groom your pet! I have been working with special needs dogs for many years now and have only had a handful of clients which I was unable to groom. I will work with you and your pet in order to make sure you are both comfortable and happy with my service.
Do you provide a dog walking or boarding service?
I am operating the business as a mobile grooming service at the moment. Once I can see how things get off the ground, I will be updating the services I can provide.
My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
I am not a vet, nor have I had any veterinary training. If I notice there is an issue with your dog, I will be sure to notify you and in an emergency situation of course i would make sure your pet gets the care it needs.
Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
Unfortunately, no. My focus is primarily in dog grooming, however I do have 15 years of experience working with dogs of all breeds, ages, shapes, sizes, and temperaments.
